With over 20-years experience in developing teams and directing strategic national marketing initiatives, Maria is currently the General Manager at the Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA. Prior to that, Maria served as VP of Brand and Show Development for Sight & Sound Theatres and was the VP, Account Director for Young & Rubicam Advertising near Los Angeles, CA responsible for North American Brand advertising of Jaguar cars. Maria is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and began her advertising career developing Spanish-language communications for Hispanic marketing efforts of brand such as the California Fluid Milk Processor Board (Got Milk? campaign). Her 20 years of advertising and marketing experience include managing the brand advertising for Lincoln Automotive, Disneyland Park in Anaheim, CA, Pedigree Dog Food, Fisher-Price Disney-licensed toys and others. She currently resides in Lititz, PA with her husband, Matthew, two sons, and the bees she’s recently started tending.
